The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has activated the 2026 Promotion Application Portal. Eligible teachers can complete the online application in just a few minutes by following the steps below.
Step 1: Choose Your Promotion Category
Click the application link that matches your current job group (e.g., C2–C3, C3–C4, C5–D1).
Step 2: Verify Your Details
Enter your TSC Number and National ID Number to retrieve your profile. Confirm that your personal details are correct before proceeding.
Step 3: Review the Requirements
Read the promotion requirements carefully and ensure you meet the eligibility criteria, including the required years of service and satisfactory performance appraisal ratings.
Step 4: Submit Your Application
Click Apply, review all the information, and submit your application online. Save or print the confirmation page for your records.

- Apply only for the promotion grade you qualify for.
- Ensure your TSC records and TPAD information are up to date.
- No hard-copy application is required.
