The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has made the application process for the 2026 Promotion Vacancies fully online through the TSC Online Services Portal. Every applicant must log in using their TSC credentials, verify their account through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their official @mwalimu.tsc.go.ke email account, and complete the online application before the deadline.
Step 1: Visit the TSC Online Services Portal
Open your preferred web browser and visit the official TSC Online Services Portal.

Step 2: Log In to Your TSC Account
Enter your:
- TSC Number
- Password
Click Login to continue.
Step 3: Wait for the One-Time Password (OTP)
After logging in, the system automatically sends a One-Time Password (OTP) to your official @mwalimu.tsc.go.ke email account.
Step 4: Log In to Your Mwalimu Email
Visit https://outlook.com and sign in using your official Mwalimu email address and password.
Step 5: Retrieve the OTP
Open the email from TSC and copy the OTP.
If the email is missing, check your:
- Inbox
- Spam Folder
- Junk Folder
Step 6: Verify Your Login
Return to the TSC Online Services Portal, enter the OTP, and click Verify to access your dashboard.
Step 7: Open the Promotion Vacancies Menu
From your dashboard, click Promotion Vacancies to view all advertised positions.
Step 8: Select Your Preferred TSC Promotion Vacancy
Choose the promotion position that matches your qualifications and eligibility requirements.
Step 9: Complete the Online Application Form
Fill in all the required information, including:
- Personal Information
- Academic Qualifications
- Professional Qualifications
- Employment History
- Administrative Experience
- Professional Assignments
- Co-curricular Achievements
Review every section carefully before proceeding.
Step 10: Review and Submit Your Application
Review your application to ensure all information is accurate, then click Submit. Download or print the application acknowledgement slip for future reference.
Important Requirements Before Applying
Before starting your application, ensure you have:
- Your TSC Number
- Your TSC Online Services password
- Access to your official @mwalimu.tsc.go.ke email account
- Your Mwalimu Email (Outlook) password
- A stable internet connection
Important: Without access to your official Mwalimu email, you will not receive the OTP required to verify your login and complete your TSC Promotion Vacancy application.
